Rub a few drops on the stomach before flying or travelling on the road to ease digestive discomfort or queasiness
Add a drop into water or inhale to soothe an upset stomach
Dilute and rub gently on a child’s stomach if they have a tummy ache

Energy and focus - inhale before a workout or when in the office to support alertness and focus
Head tension – diluted in coconut oil and rubbed on temples and back of the neck
